Irish Cattle Breeding Federation needs consultancy services for a genetic genomic breeding program design and implementation over 5 years, with a maximum total value of 700,000 EUR. The services, estimated at 150 days per year, involve acquiring knowledge, skills, and expertise related to operating large-scale routine genetic genomic evaluations in livestock, developing new phenotypes and breeding programs, and developing, validating, and deploying individual animal sustainability and climate-oriented metrics and their integration into breeding programs. Services may be delivered on-site at ICBF offices if required.

Irish Cattle Breeding Federation needs Systems Services Consultancy Service for 5 years, with a maximum total value of 450,000 EUR. The service involves providing knowledge, skills, and expertise in .NET programming, XML programming, Oracle programming, Uniface programming, PHP programming, Streamserve Batch Processing, and Multi-platform Scripting for Genetic Evaluations data analysis and systems support for the key systems hosting the ICBF database. The database development and implementation project includes services to herd book, milk recording, artificial insemination, Gene Ireland members, and Farmer members of ICBF, with an estimated requirement of 230 days of service provision per year.
