9884 Qualification System for Surveys

Iarnród Eireann-Irish Rail needs survey services for its railway infrastructure, coastal area, and building assets for a duration of 7 years. The services are divided into three lots: intrusive surveys, non-intrusive surveys, and building surveying, and mechanical and electrical engineering consultants. This is a qualification system, and Iarnród Eireann-Irish Rail reserves the right to run tenders to establish single or multiparty framework agreements under this qualification system.

GRDF a besoin de services de travaux de gaz, incluant le raccordement, le branchement, l'astreinte, le terrassement ponctuel et le renouvellement de réseau, pour un accord-cadre d'une valeur maximale totale de 100 380 000 EUR. Les services doivent être livrés dans la région Occitanie Pyrénées, couvrant les départements de l'Aveyron, du Tarn, du Tarn-et-Garonne, de la Haute-Garonne, du Lot, du Gers et de l'Ariège. Les travaux comprennent l'extension de réseaux (TG), le terrassement programmé (TPG), les nouveaux branchements ou suppressions de branchements (BRT), les travaux de terrassement en astreinte (AS) et les travaux de renouvellement de réseau (SI). Les délais d'astreinte sont de 1 à 1,5 heures selon les communes. Les exigences de qualification incluent la possession de l'AIPR (Autorisation d'Intervention à Proximité des Réseaux) pour les opérateurs et les encadrants, ainsi que la formation SS4 pour les encadrants techniques, les encadrants de chantier et les opérateurs de chantier. Les candidats doivent également fournir trois références de chantiers ou contrats similaires des trois dernières années. Un soumissionnaire ne peut être attributaire de plus de trois lots et ne peut pas être attributaire simultanément des lots 7 et 8.
