Kilkenny and Carlow ETB needs bus transport services for trips and outings for schools and centers across Carlow and Kilkenny. The panel will have a duration of 10 years, subject to annual review. The maximum total contract value is 5,500,000 EUR.

Annual Readvertisement of Qualification System for the Purchase and or Leasing of Buses and Coaches for Bus Éireann/Irish Bus - (Annual Readvertisement Publication Number 2/8)

Bus Éireann/Irish Bus needs to purchase and/or lease low emission and, where possible, zero-emission coaches and school buses over a 5-year period, with a maximum total value of 120,000,000 EUR. The vehicles must comply with the latest EURO VI Regulation and the EPA’s guidelines on road transport vehicles. This is a qualification system for a panel, broken down into Lot 1 for purchase and Lot 2 for lease, and suppliers must complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to be considered for inclusion.

Bus Eireann/Irish Bus needs to establish a qualification system for the purchase and/or leasing of buses and coaches, including low emission and zero-emission vehicles, over a 5-year period, with a maximum total value of 120,000,000 EUR. The system is divided into six lots: Purchase of Buses and Coaches Expressway, Lease of Buses and Coaches Expressway, Purchase of School Buses and Coaches, Lease of School Buses and Coaches, Purchase of single or double deck city bus type vehicles, and Lease of single or double deck city bus type vehicles. The vehicles must comply with the latest EURO VI Regulation and, where appropriate, with EPA’s guidelines on road transport vehicles and the European Communities (Clean and Energy Efficient Road Transport Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. To qualify, applicants must complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) demonstrating their financial and technical capacity for the specific lot(s) they are applying for.
