25/046 - Qualification System for provision of Telecommunications Services

Gas Networks Ireland needs telecommunication services for a qualification system over 10 years. The system will cover a wide range of telecommunication services, including WAN technologies, ISP services, innovation in the utility sector, enterprise telephony (on-premise and cloud), mobile SIMs and network connectivity data SIMs, video conferencing services, cloud hosting services, and managed connectivity and carrier diversity. The services are to be delivered in the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man. Offers will be evaluated based on Price and Quality.

26/027 - Professional Services Qualification System for the Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve

Gas Networks Ireland (GNI) is establishing a Qualification System for professional advisory and support services to assist in delivering the Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve (SGER). The services are divided into seven lots: Commercial advisory for LNG procurement and contract management, Commercial operations and regulation advisory, Marine advisory, Project and programme management advisory, Financial advisory, Insurance advisory, and Specialist advisory. Applicants can qualify for one or more lots. The duration of the qualification system is 180 days.

The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualifications Systems for Quantity Surveying services (QS services). Gas Networks Ireland needs electricity for a 10-year period. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Lot 2 for Northern Ireland (NI). Applicants can qualify for one or both lots. Offers will be evaluated based on price and quality.

25/022 Qualification System for Economic, Regulatory and Financial Affairs Services

The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualification System for provision of Economic, Regulatory and Financial Affairs – see Appendix 1 for more details regarding the requirement. Admission to the Qualification System is subject to Applicants meeting the minimum requirements. The details of how the Qualification System will operate are set out in Appendix 2 (Operation of the Qualification System). Applicants should note that from time to time over the term of the Qualification System, the Contracting Entity, at its sole discretion but without altering the overall nature of the Qualification System, may modify the Qualification System to reflect changes in its requirements. In addition, the Contracting Entity reserves the right to add additional lots to the Qualification System. The conditions under which such an option may be exercised by the Contracting Entity will be outlined in the relevant call off competition document.
