Qualification System - 2 GW HVDC Stations (Converter Systems & Platforms) - (previous NX 202008)

Please note!!!: This publication does not concern a new Qualification System but is a continuation of the Qualification System previously published in Negometrix under number 202008 and the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union (http://ted.europa.eu) under number 2022/S 125-356696. Negometrix Tender 203753 has been conducted under this Qualification System and has been finished in 2023. Currently no new tender under this Qualification System is foreseen, hence TenneT is not planning to review new requests for qualification under this Qualification System. The scope of this Qualifications System are for the Category Converter (A) and / or the Category Platform (B) Category A Converter: The scope of this category includes in particular: HVDC converter systems for offshore and onshore converter stations and maintenance of the complete HVDC converter stations and optional the civil works for the onshore converter stations. Category B Platform; The scope of this category includes in particular: design, engineering, production, transportation, delivery, project management, installation and commissioning of the offshore platform (topside and jacket) and optional maintenance for the auxillary systems. Under this Qualification System TenneT will issue separate tenders. Each tender for an offshore Grid Connection System will include the full scope of Category A and B. This means there will be no scope split between offshore platform and HVDC. In case of a purely onshore-onshore connection the tender scope will not include the platform (category B).

TenneT Qualification System (TQS) Reactive Power Systems (former Negometrix 159654)

This qualification system is introduced to be able to tender for several (framework) agreements in the next years for both organizations TenneT TSO B.V. in The Netherlands and/or TenneT TSO GmbH in Germany. This qualification system is the replacement of former Negometrix TQS (159654). This replacement is necessary due to the mandatory switch-over former Negometrix to Mercell. TenneT values the confidentiality of all provided information and documents in this qualification system. For this matter TenneT requires from a candidate a signed version of the attached NDA. Qualification system high voltage disconnectors and earthing switches (former Negometrix 5676)

This qualification system is introduced to qualify candidates for future tenders concerning air insulated disconnectors and earthing switches (50 kV, 110 kV, 150 kV, 220 kV and 380 kV) for its high voltage infrastructure in The Netherlands and Germany. The contracting entity is purchasing on behalf of the following contracting entities: TenneT TSO GmbH ( Bernecker Straße 70, 95448, Bayreuth), TenneT TSO B.V. (P.O. Box 718, 6800 AS Arnhem, NL), Reddyn B.V. (PO Box 50, 6920 AB Duiven, NL), TeslaN B.V. (PO Box 399, 4460AT Goes, NL) and TensZ B.V. (Blaak 8, 3011 TA Rotterdam, NL). TenneT values the confidentiality of all provided information and documents in this qualification system. For this matter TenneT requires from a candidate a signed version of the attached NDA.
