    Vlaams EnergieBedrijf NV has entered into a framework agreement with Axpo Solutions AG and NEXT KRAFTWERKE BELGIUM for the supply of electricity, provisioning, and operations for 2026-2027, with a final contract value of 3,848,951 €. The services will be delivered in Arr. de Bruxelles-Capitale/Arr. Brussel-Hoofdstad and are divided into two lots: Lot 1 for a maximum of 400 GWh and Lot 2 for an indicative 1,300 GWh.     • The object of this Assignment is the "Supply of Electricity - Provisioning & Operations". The Assignment is divided into the following lots: -Lot 1: Supply of Electricity - Provisioning & Operations - max. 400 GWh -Lot 2: Supply of Electricity – Supply and operations – Indicative 1.300 GWh (see 1.6. Indicative consumption) With this division into lots (and in particular the layout of Lot 2) the Contracting Authority also intends to give suppliers who can offer a more limited volume the opportunity to compete for the Contract, without limiting the competition for this lot. The Candidate may submit a Request to participate for one lot or both lots. The award guidelines provide the possibility to grant a discount in the event that both lots are awarded to the same party.

De opdracht loopt van 1 januari 2027 tot en met 30 juni 2030 en betreft de afname van alle geproduceerde elektriciteit via het toegangspunt met EAN-code 541448860002785268, gelegen aan Proeftuinstraat 43, 9000 Gent. De verkoop van groenestroomcertificaten of andere milieukenmerken maakt geen deel uit van deze opdracht. De gunningscriteria zijn voor 100% gebaseerd op prijs. Als kwalificatie-eis geldt dat de totale omzet minimaal twee keer het offertebedrag moet bedragen, aan te tonen met een goedgekeurde jaarrekening of tussentijdse balans.
