Vlaams EnergieBedrijf heeft behoefte aan de levering van elektriciteit, inclusief voorziening en operationele diensten, voor een periode van 2 jaar (2027-2028). De opdracht omvat de aankoop en/of verkoop van elektrische energie voor de aanbestedende dienst en, indien gewenst, de levering ervan op de aansluitpunten waarvoor de aanbestedende dienst de balansverantwoordelijkheid aan de succesvolle inschrijver heeft toevertrouwd.

From the notice
The object of this Contract is to supply Electricity, provisioning and operations for the Contracting Authority (Principal). The Contracting Authority wants the Successful Tenderer to purchase and/or sell electric energy for the Contracting Authority and, if desired, purchase and/or deliver it at the connection points for which the Contracting Authority has entrusted balance responsibility to the Successful Tenderer.
