SORASI heeft een overeenkomst gesloten met NOSHAQ voor administratieve en strategische begeleiding van het rehabilitatieproject van de site van Chertal in België. De diensten omvatten sitebeheer, algemene aansturing van de herkwalificatieoperatie, voorbereiding van commercialisatiedocumentatie (inclusief bodemonderzoeken, actualisatie van het Masterplan en ontwerp van macro-ontwikkelingen), financiële aspecten en structurering van de vastgoedoperatie, organisatie van een globale markt voor de valorisatie van slakken, begeleiding van projectdragers, institutionele en sectorale communicatie, en coördinatie met belanghebbenden en bevoegde instanties. De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 4 jaar. Er is één bod ontvangen.

Par le biais du Marché, le Pouvoir adjudicateur souhaite disposer d’un opérateur économique susceptible de pouvoir effectuer une partie des missions qui lui ont été confiées par la Région wallonne, telles que définies dans la note au Gouvernement wallon du 17 juillet 2025 Le Marché portera donc notamment sur les prestations suivantes, qui seront menées pour le Pouvoir adjudicateur en collaboration avec SPI : (i) gestion du Site et pilotage général de l’opération de requalification : plan action, calendrier, planning ; (ii) préparation de la documentation de la commercialisation (marché public) incluant : a. études de sol ; b. actualisation du Masterplan ; c. design des macro-aménagements du Site ; d. détermination des macros-aménagements ; e. et tout autre élément utile à la mission et en lien direct avec celle-ci ; (iii) aspect financier et structuration de l’opération immobilière : premiers business model, identification du montage immobilier adéquat, scénarisation, valorisation… dont l’organisation des procédures de sélection des opérateurs économiques, porteurs de projets industriels ; (iv) organisation d’un marché global pour la valorisation des scories ; (v) accompagnement des porteurs de projets dans la mise en œuvre de leurs activités ; (vi) communication institutionnelle et sectorielle ; (vii) coordination avec les parties prenantes et les administrations compétentes.
