Qualification requirements
Description
By the sole fact of participating in the procurement procedure, the tenderer certifies that they are not in one of the exclusion cases referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. Article 70 of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement applies. For the exclusion grounds referred to in Article 67 of the law, the candidate or tenderer shall spontaneously indicate whether they have taken the corrective measures referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 70 at the beginning of the procedure.
