    ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE is a joint qualification system for suppliers and contractors to utilities in Nordics and Central Europe. It's operated by Achilles under Article 77 of Directive 2014/25/EU. The Buyers (subscribing utilities) will use ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE for tenderer selection for contracts and framework agreements subject to EU procurement rules, but reserve the right to publish individual notices for specific requirements where they deem it necessary, even though they relate to the product and service categories covered by ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE. The qualification system may be used for contracts not subject to EU procurement rules at each Buyer's (subscriber's discretion).       Leverandører kan søke om kvalifisering når som helst. For å søke må leverandørene fylle ut et bestillingsskjema og betale et årlig kvalifikasjonsgebyr på mellom 250 og 1130 EUR på forhånd. Bestillingsskjemaet med kvalifikasjonskrav kan fås her: https://my.achilles.com/join-community?communitycode=UNC&lang=gb-EN. For å kvalifisere må leverandørene fylle ut et online spørreskjema som dekker detaljert informasjon om selskapet deres. Da noen oppdragsgivere og innkjøpsenheter krever en ESPD, sender leverandørene automatisk inn en ESPD via ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE. Grunnleggende kommersielle krav må være oppfylt. Noen innkjøpsorganisasjoner har individuelle krav i tillegg til de grunnleggende kravene. Leverandørene kan derfor bli bedt om å svare på kundespesifikke spørsmål knyttet til kvalifikasjonen. ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE er åpen for produsenter eller distributører som handler direkte med kjøperen. Budgiverlistene vil være basert på leverandører som har bestått den innledende kvalifikasjonen.

      Documentation Requirement

Leverandørene må fylle ut et online spørreskjema som dekker detaljert informasjon om selskapet deres. Leverandørene sender automatisk inn en ESPD via ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE. Leverandørene kan bli bedt om å svare på kundespesifikke spørsmål knyttet til kvalifikasjonen.
