Addenndum 1 to the Technical Assistance to Project Implementation Unit responsible for modernization of Railway Corridor X in Serbia

Engineer/Supervision of the Design and Build Works Contracts for Section 3 – Paraćin–Trupale–Medjurovo within the framework of the Belgrade–Niš Railway Modernization Project

Serbian Railway Infrastructure JSC needs Engineer/Supervision services for the design and build works contracts for Section 3 – Paraćin–Trupale–Medjurovo within the framework of the Belgrade–Niš Railway Modernization Project, for a duration of 72 months. The services involve supervision of the design for the building permit, construction design, as-built design, and the works under the Works Contracts for Section 3, which are implemented through two Design and Build Works Contracts covering Subsections 3.1, 3.3, 3.4, and 3.2. The installation of ERTMS is excluded and will be procured separately. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender, with a quality-to-price ratio of 80:20.

Further alignment with the Energy Efficiency acquis

The Government of the Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Finance, Department for Contracting and Financing of EU funded programmes (CFCU) needs technical assistance services for a 30-month period, with a maximum total value of 1,000,000 EUR. The services involve strengthening the administrative and institutional capacities of the Ministry of Mining and Energy, particularly in EU integration, energy efficiency policy, and legislative alignment, including expert support for gap analysis, drafting energy efficiency legislation, and developing methodologies for monitoring and reporting energy savings in line with EU acquis and Energy Community obligations. The assignment also includes knowledge transfer and capacity building for implementing the revised EU energy efficiency framework in Serbia. Award criteria are Quality (80%) and Price (20%).

Assistance for the Implementation of Technical Assistance and Information Exchange (TAIEX 10) Activities: Provision of Logistical Services and Financial Management

The European Commission, ENEST.A - Enlargement Coordination, Strategy & Investments, needs services for the implementation of Technical Assistance and Information Exchange (TAIEX 10) activities, specifically the provision of logistical services and financial management, for a duration of 4 years, with a maximum total value of 68,000,000 EUR. The contractor will execute instructions from the European Commission, arranging logistics for conferences, workshops, expert missions, study visits, and promotional materials, as well as managing payments for these logistical activities and expert fees. CECOFORMA ~ CONCEPTION, ETUDES ET COOPERATION DE FORMATION likely has a similar contract today. Award criteria are Quality (80%) and Price (20%).
