    Brief

    Luleå tekniska universitet behöver ett avancerat optiskt mätsystem för 3D-analys av flödesfält, bestående av bland annat flera kameror, en LED-ljuskälla, en dator och programvara. Systemet ska användas för att mäta tredimensionella flödesfält (hastighet och relaterade parametrar) i vätskor och gaser utan att störa flödet. Kontraktets maximala totala värde är 1 950 000 SEK och leveransen ska ske i Norrbottens län. Kvalitet är det enda tilldelningskriteriet.
