Brief
L’Unione Tresinaro Secchia affida la gestione degli impianti sportivi del Comune di Rubiera tramite un contratto di servizi per 3 anni, con opzione di rinnovo fino a un massimo di 6 anni; il valore massimo complessivo è di 421.960 euro. L’appalto è suddiviso in due lotti: i campi da calcio e gli spogliatoi dell’area ex Tetra Pak e la Palestra Marco Polo con i relativi spogliatoi, nel territorio di Reggio nell’Emilia. L’aggiudicazione avverrà secondo il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa; sono previsti requisiti di partecipazione relativi a iscrizioni e autorizzazioni professionali, fatturato, assicurazione professionale, referenze per servizi specifici, personale medio annuo e certificazioni di qualità e gestione ambientale.
