The contract has a maximum total value of 5,314,701 EUR over 4 years. The services are demand-driven and include expertise in programme management, monitoring, evaluation, stakeholder coordination, analytical support, drafting reports and studies, organising workshops and events, maintaining knowledge-sharing platforms, supporting project selection and assessment processes, and capacity-building activities for programme beneficiaries. All services must align with EU regulations and strategic objectives. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (80%) and price (20%).

Το Τμήμα Υπηρεσιών Πληροφορικής στην Κύπρο χρειάζεται υπηρεσίες σχεδιασμού, υλοποίησης, συντήρησης και τεχνικής υποστήριξης ενός ολοκληρωμένου Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος (NTCL) για την Υπηρεσία Διαχείρισης Τουρκοκυπριακών Περιουσιών (ΥΔΤΚΠ), καθώς και παροχή υποδομής ως υπηρεσία, για 85 μήνες, με μέγιστη συνολική αξία 2.796.400 ευρώ. Η ανάθεση θα γίνει βάσει της βέλτιστης σχέσης τιμής-ποιότητας.
