Nasjonal Kommunikasjonsmyndighet trenger analysekompetanse for å levere en kunnskapsbasert referanse og benchmarking av miljøavtrykket fra den norske digitale infrastrukturen til en verdi av 1 500 000 NOK. Oppdraget innebærer å analysere nåværende status og fremtidige scenarioer for miljøfotavtrykket, som vil hjelpe med å identifisere bærekraftstiltak og rådgive politikere, samt være et referansepunkt for juridiske vurderinger og beslutninger.

Establish a knowledge-based common reference and benchmark of the environmental footprint from the Norwegian digital infrastructure, both for the current status and for future scenarios. For Nkom the analysis will especially serve as basis for identifying and prioritizing sustainability measures and activities, for advising policymakers, and as a point of reference for legal assessments and decisions. It may also be used as benchmark in incentive/discount models in frequency auctions, innovation projects etc.
