European Monitoring of Biodiversity in Agricultural Landscapes (EMBAL) 2028

The European Commission, DG DEFIS - Defence Industry and Space, located in Belgium, needs services for the European Monitoring of Biodiversity in Agricultural Landscapes (EMBAL) 2028. This 4-year contract, with a maximum total value of 5,400,000 EUR, aims to establish a robust data series on the state of biodiversity in agricultural landscapes in the EU and improve understanding of policy impacts on biodiversity trends. The services include undertaking the EMBAL field survey in all EU Member States in 2028 and 2029, surveying at least 4500 sites each year (9000 site-surveys over two years) strictly following the EMBAL survey protocol and technical guidelines, and analyzing the collected data. Tasks involve preparation of the field survey (including sampling strategy, recruitment of surveyors, material, data workflow, quality control), execution of the field survey, data post-processing, data analysis, and organizing a conference to present results. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (60%) and price (40%).

The provision of Regulatory services for Phase 2 of BnM’s Peatland Rehabilitation Scheme

The Department of Climate Energy and the Environment needs regulatory services for Phase 2 of BnM’s Peatland Rehabilitation Scheme, which involves the rehabilitation of up to approximately 8,300 hectares and associated decommissioning works on BnM peatlands. The services, with a maximum total value of 2,025,000 EUR, will be provided over 54 months and include, at a minimum, the continuation of services for Phase 2 in relation to ecology, hydrology, GIS, remote sensing, and associated administration.

NATURUND01 - Naturundersøgelser - Dynamisk indkøbssystem

Vejdirektoratet har brug for botanisk og zoologisk fagspecialiseret rådgivning i forbindelse med projekter og opgaver med biodiversitet, registreringsopgaver, feltkortlægning, plejeplaner samt udarbejdelse af rapporter og digitale data (f.eks. GIS) gennem et dynamisk indkøbssystem med en maksimal totalværdi på 10 millioner DKK over 5 år. Kvalifikationskrav inkluderer erfaring inden for de seneste 3 år med gennemførelse af mindst ét af følgende specialer: botanisk feltkortlægning, zoologisk feltkortlægning (f.eks. af krybdyr, padder, insekter eller pattedyr) eller biodiversitetsfremmende naturpleje af naturtyper eller arter, dokumenteret med maksimalt 5 referencer.
