Frame agreement for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Telecom infrastructure. BAC launches this EU tender for a frame agreement for ASTRID & Indoor Mobile coverage, allowing standardization of Indoor Mobile coverage installations and avoiding possible incompatibility issues across the whole Brussels Airport perimeter. This tender will also ensure that all installations (as-is and to-be) adhere to the same high-standard requirements and are covered by a single support & maintenance contract. The latter will avoid ad hoc SLA-negotiations for each new installation, while ensuring optimal efficiency in keeping all Indoor Mobile coverage at the same high-level industry standards. ASTRID imposes technical and operational requirements to ensure the reliability and compatibility of their network. This means that vendors and products must meet certain standards and specifications to be approved for use within the ASTRID network. Based on the obligations imposed by ASTRID, BAC will include in the technical specifications that ASTRID-approved OEMs must be used. The frame agreement has a duration of five years, three times renewable for a period of 1 year.
