    Kungliga Tekniska högskolan needs an automated liquid handling system for a maximum total value of 1,600,000 SEK. The system should be a low-throughput automation solution for fully automated, unattended overnight RNA-seq library preparation, compatible with the Illumina mRNA stranded library prep protocol, to support translational research and clinical diagnostics at Clinical Genomics Stockholm (CG). To meet the growing demand for RNA sequencing and enable shorter turnaround times, CG seeks to procure a low-throughput automation solution for fully automated, unattended overnight RNA-seq library preparation compatible with the Illumina mRNA stranded library prep protocol.
