Göteborgs universitet har inngått en avtale med Kongsberg Discovery AS om å levere et ubemannet undervannsfartøy (AUV) til en verdi av 56 millioner svenske kroner. Leveransen skal erstatte et tidligere AUV som gikk tapt under Antarktis-isen. Kvalitet (dybdevurdering) og pris ble vektet likt i tildelingen. Det deltok én leverandør i konkurransen.
