Systemet er opdelt i tre kategorier: konvertering til WinCC OA inden for produktionsanlæg, konvertering til WinCC OA for stationer/små anlæg på distributionsnet, samt OT-software/service, hardware og tilknyttede ydelser. Formålet er at understøtte drift, vedligehold og videreudvikling af Fors' OT-platform og systemer. DI-Teknik A/S har en lignende kontrakt i dag. Tildelingskriterierne vil være en kombination af pris (51-100%) og kvalitet (0-49%), som præciseres i de konkrete miniudbud.
