Brief

Wicklow County Council needs construction services for the Baltinglass Town Centre Refurbishment Project Phase 1A over 18 months. This project involves the construction of a new town centre public realm, including cobblestone footpaths, paved areas, strengthened and resurfaced road carriageways, landscaping with street trees, a storm water drainage system, nature-based sustainable urban drainage solutions, undergrounding of all overhead utilities, standalone public lighting, street furniture, bus stops with shelters, signage and road markings, and five zebra crossings (three Type A and two Type B). The project location is Mid-East.
