    Forsvarsmateriell needs services for a Framework Agreement for the delivery of a Basic System Operator Course for AW101. The agreement will ensure that the Norwegian Armed Forces can provide continuous AW101 System Operator education and training for new crewmembers to support operational requirements. The course should provide students with a broad academic foundation relevant to future AW101 System Operator Sensor (SO-S) duties within the Norwegian AW101 Search and Rescue (SAR) environment. The delivery includes planning, organization, and execution of the course, including instructors, course material, training facilities, and any necessary synthetic or simulated training environments.

      Kystverket needs facilities and related services for manned model shiphandling training for the Norwegian Pilot Service, with a maximum total value of 23.88 million NOK over 3+1+1 years. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for Advanced Shiphandling, which includes training facilities, ship models, technical personnel, tugboat operators, accommodation, meals, and local transport (Kystverket will provide instructors); and Lot 2 for Introductory Shiphandling, which includes a complete course with training facilities, ship models, qualified instructors, accommodation, specified meals, and local transport.
