The project involves the delivery of a functional, ready-to-use, grid-compliant, and safe battery system, with contractors responsible for design, supply, construction, system integration, testing, commissioning, and handover, as well as long-term operation and maintenance. Phase 1 includes approximately 15 MW // 60 MWh BESS, connected to a 21 MW grid connection, with commissioning planned for Q1 2029. Phase 2 involves an expansion to at least 50 MW // 200 MWh BESS around 2032/2033. Award criteria are Price (50%) and Quality (50%).
