    Leijona Catering Oy har inngått en avtale med Ravintoraisio Oy om levering av kjeks for bruk i feltrasjoner. Avtalen har en varighet på to år, med mulighet for forlengelse i ytterligere ett år, og en estimert årlig leveranse på rundt 550 000 produkter. Den maksimale verdien av avtalen er 350 000 euro. Kjeksene skal være porsjonspakket, hyllebestandige ved romtemperatur, og må ikke inneholde melk, laktose eller nøtter. De skal ha en minimum holdbarhet på 12 måneder fra produksjonsdato og 6 måneder fra leveringsdato, veie mellom 25-35g, inneholde 10-15g fiber per 100g, og ha et minimum energiinnhold på 120 kcal per bar. Emballasjen må inkludere standard forbrukerinformasjon på finsk og svensk. Det ble krevd at leverandøren kunne tilby minst to forskjellige smaker som oppfyller de tekniske kravene.

    About the bid

      Leijona Catering Oy uses biscuits as part of ambient product solutions. Biscuits are part of multiple different meals, which are usually served in operational field conditions. We are seeking a delivery contract supplier for a two-year contract period (the contract remains valid for one (1) year after the two (2) year initial period unless terminated with written notice.). The delivery contract does not grant exclusive rights to supply the products in question. The supplier supplies the goods in large batches for Leijona Catering. Products must be portion packed and must fulfil the presented technical requirements. Estimated yearly volume is around 550 000 products. However, Leijona Catering is not obligated to buy any products from selected supplier. Leijona is allowed to purchase similar products from the selected supplier under this delivery contract. Supplier must have the ability to offer minimum of two (2) different flavours, that will fulfil technical requirements. Required features of the product: Product must be shelf-stable at room temperature and products must be single-packed. Non-permitted ingredients: Milk and lactose Nuts The product needs to receive minimum of 6 points from flavour assessment (in scale of 1-9 points), to be eligible. Flavour, appearance and texture will be evaluated in the flavour assessment by a group of end users. Minimum shelf-life (from point of manufacturing): 12 months and 6 months from point of delivery Product weight: 25-35g Fibres: 10-15g per 100g Minimum required energy content per bar: 120 kcal Wrapping of the product must include standard consumer information in Finnish, Swedish, and English (optional). The product packaging must not contain any direct or indirect messaging unrelated to the product.Main features of the procedureThe procurement will not be divided into parts. The supplier must be able to deliver the entire procurement. The contracting authority justifies this decision as follows: -More efficient management and monitoring of the supplier network -More efficient contract management and monitoring All costs related to preparing and submitting the offer, as well as any costs incurred by the supplier from clarifications, negotiations, etc., that may arise later, are entirely the supplier's responsibility. Under no circumstances can claims for these costs be made against the buyer.
