    To secure the maintenance and contingency of the Power Generator Asset up to Power Transmission Asset, minimize the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Outage time of all array cables the Employer will implement a framework agreement, covering cable repairs requiring subsea intervention. Cable fault finding, onshore cable repairs, cable jointing and terminations are covered under separate framework agreements and will not be assessed under this tender.
