    The Swedish National Debt Office (Riksgälden) needs an integrated Asset and Liability Management (ALM) system and related services, with a maximum contract value of SEK 2.5 million. The delivery includes software licences or subscriptions, implementation, configuration, testing, operation, maintenance, support, training and consultancy. The system will support analysis of risks and liabilities in Sweden’s nuclear decommissioning and waste-management financing system, including calculation of the Risk Margin, and inform strategic asset allocation for the Nuclear Waste Fund. The operational period is 3 years, with automatic 1-year extensions up to a maximum of 6 years; services are to be provided in Stockholm County. The supplier will be responsible for the integrated system and coordination of all related services throughout the contract.
