Brief

Stedin heeft behoefte aan kortsluitstroombegrenzers voor een maximale totale waarde van 1,8 miljoen euro. Deze begrenzers zullen worden geplaatst in de 150/25kV transformatorstations binnen het Stedin-netwerk, tussen railsecties, om de totale foutstroom te beperken tot aanvaardbare niveaus wanneer drie of meer transformatoren parallel zijn geschakeld en de totale kortsluitstroom de netwerkgrenzen overschrijdt.

From the notice

  • Short circuit limiters. The limiter will be located in the 150/25kV transformer substations within the Stedin Grid. The limiter will be in between rail sections as shown on the figure below. If three or more transformers are connected in parallel the total short circuit power exceeds the grid limits. In the case of a short circuit the limiter should limit the total fault current delivered tp the fault location to within tolerable limits.

    Stedin Netbeheer B.V. is planning the procurement of SF6-free 24kV Ring Main Units (RMUs) for their distribution grid, which must have a rated voltage of 24kV, rated busbar current of 630A, and be able to resist 20kA/1 short-circuit current. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to investigate the availability of such RMUs and the feasibility of Stedin's requirements. Suppliers can provide feedback by responding to this RFI.

    Jernbane- og infrastrukturbygging

    HS-tracé werkzaamheden - Vooraankondiging

    Stedin Netbeheer B.V. is van plan om werkzaamheden voor HS-tracés aan te besteden, inclusief de aanleg van HS-tracés, optioneel de engineering hiervan, en waar van toepassing, de benodigde telecom-werkzaamheden. De materialen worden door Stedin geleverd. De verwachte totale waarde van de opdracht bedraagt gemiddeld 50 miljoen euro per jaar, met een spreiding van 30 miljoen euro in het eerste jaar tot 65 miljoen euro in het achtste contractjaar, verdeeld over twee percelen (Noord/Midden en Zuid/Havengebied/Zeeland), met twee raamovereenkomsten per perceel. Om in aanmerking te komen voor een uitnodiging voor de tender, die naar verwachting begin april 2026 start, dienen leveranciers tijdig, uiterlijk 6 maart 2026, erkend te zijn onder de 'Erkenningsregeling Elektrawerkzaamheden' van Stedin voor zowel categorie 2 (MS Projecten) als categorie 3 (HS Projecten).
