Open call for scientific and regulatory experts

The European Medicines Agency needs scientific and regulatory experts for a 5-year period to provide advice on scientific, regulatory, and training activities related to medicines for human use and veterinary medicinal products. The services will support the Agency within the scope of Article 57(1) of Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 and Regulation (EU) 2022/123, as provided in Article 242 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2024/2509 (EU Financial Regulation).

Call for expressions of interest (CEI) to establish an EUAA list of remunerated external experts in the field of Medical Country of Origin Information (MedCOI)

Pursuant to the CEI, the Agency envisages to engage external experts to provide Medical Country of Origin Information. The Contracting Authority will draw up a list of local MedCOI experts who meet the selection criteria. MedCOI provides medical country of origin information. Local MedCOI experts shall therefore have experience relevant to healthcare and health insurance for the country(ies) concerned. Incoming applications received in response to this CEI will be evaluated on a regular basis.

To establish a database of external remunerated experts providing expertise in the field of industrial relations and social dialogue to Eurofound. Applications shall be provided only through application form available on the “Procurement” page of Eurofound website: https://www.eurofound.europa.eu/en/about/procurement/cei-remunerated-experts. Call specifications and other relevant documents are available for downloading directly from the EU Funding & Tenders Portal at the address provided under section 5.1.11 of this notice.

Call for expression of interest for the establishment of a list of remunerated external experts

All documents are available in the EU Funding and Tenders Portal. Applications shall be provided only via application platform available on EIGE's website: https://experts.eige.europa.eu/. The call and corresponding database of prospective external experts is concluded for a period of 12 months and shall be automatically renewed up to four times for a maximum period of validity of five years, from the date of publication of the notice to the Official Journal of the European Union, unless notification to the contrary is received/published. Interested parties may submit an application at any time prior to the last three months of validity of the list.
