    The European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions needs services for the preparation and implementation of a cross-national company survey examining the use and impact of artificial intelligence at the workplace, with a maximum total value of 740,000 EUR over 18 months. The contractor will conduct a mixed-mode telephone and online survey of establishments in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden, targeting 1,000 completed interviews per country. Services include sampling, register enrichment, questionnaire scripting, pilot testing, fieldwork, data processing, weighting, quality control, and methodological reporting, producing comparable evidence on AI adoption, productivity, wages, workplace practices, and job quality. The award criteria are Quality (70%) and Price (30%).
