Rammeaftalen har en varighed på 48 måneder og en maksimal totalværdi på 650.000 EUR. Tjenesterne omfatter specialiseret teknisk ekspertise til at udføre den første omfattende gennemgang af drivhusgasopgørelser og levere kapacitetsopbyggende aktiviteter, der understøtter implementeringen af rapporterings- og gennemgangskrav under den tilpassede Governance Regulation. Evalueringen af tilbud vil ske ud fra kvalitet (70%) og pris (30%).
