Leijona Catering Oy har avlyst konkurransen om levering av godteri som en del av produktløsninger, som vanligvis serveres under feltforhold. Avtalen skulle vært en rammeavtale for en toårsperiode, med en estimert årlig volum på rundt 100 000 enkeltpakkede produkter og en maksimal totalverdi på 300 000 euro. Godteriet skulle leveres i store partier, typisk hele paller med enkeltpakkede rasjoner (1-5 godterier per rasjon), med en nettovekt mellom 10-30g per produkt, og emballasjen skulle være lett å åpne for hånd. About the bid

Leijona Catering Oy uses candies as part of ambient product solutions. Candies are part of multiple different meals, which are usually served in operational field conditions. We are seeking a framework agreement supplier for a two-year contract period. The framework agreement does not grant exclusive rights to supply the product in question. The supplier supplies the goods in large batches, typically full pallets of single-packed rations (1-5 candies per ration) for Leijona Catering. Candies must fulfil the presented technical requirements. Product net weights should be between 10-30g. Products must be single-packed. The packaging must be easy to open by hand. The products are packed into boxes or bags for handling purposes, and a box should contain minimum of 100 pcs. Estimated yearly volume is around 100 000 single packed products. The maximum volume that can be purchased through this framework agreement is 300 000 single packed products. Supplier must have the ability to offer minimum of two (2) different flavours, that will fulfil technical requirements. Invitation to tender will be used to select two (2) or maximum three (3) suppliers to the framework agreement. Leijona Catering is not obligated to buy any products from selected supplier(s). Leijona is allowed to purchase similar products from the selected supplier(s) under this framework agreement.Main features of the procedureThe procurement will not be divided into parts. The supplier must be able to deliver the entire procurement. The contracting authority justifies this decision as follows: -More efficient management and monitoring of the supplier network -More efficient contract management and monitoring All costs related to preparing and submitting the offer, as well as any costs incurred by the supplier from clarifications, negotiations, etc., that may arise later, are entirely the supplier's responsibility. Under no circumstances can claims for these costs be made against the buyer.
