    De Europese Commissie, DG GROW, gevestigd in België, heeft behoefte aan diensten voor capaciteitsopbouw ter ondersteuning van de implementatie van bepalingen voor het monitoren van bestuivers onder de Natuurherstelverordening. Het contract heeft een maximale totale waarde van 3.500.000 EUR en een looptijd van 4 jaar. De diensten omvatten het versterken van taxonomische hulpmiddelen en expertcapaciteit ter ondersteuning van de EU-PoMS-methode (pollinator monitoring method), en het versterken van de nationale capaciteit voor vlindermonitoring ter ondersteuning van zowel EU-PoMS als het Europese Vlindermonitoringsschema. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (60%) en prijs (40%).

    • The objective of this contract is to strengthen capacity for the implementation of pollinator monitoring provisions under the Nature Restoration Regulation, by complementing the existing Commission’s activities for technical capacity building in Member States. Specifically, the contract will strengthen i) taxonomic tools and expert capacity to support the implementation of the pollinator monitoring method (EU-PoMS), and ii) the national capacity for butterfly monitoring to support both EU-PoMS and the European Butterfly Monitoring Scheme.

      Το Τμήμα Περιβάλλοντος χρειάζεται υπηρεσίες παρακολούθησης συγκεκριμένων ομάδων εντόμων επικονιαστών (Λεπιδόπτερα, Υμενόπτερα, Δίπτερα) στην Κύπρο, για περίοδο 34 μηνών, με μέγιστη συνολική αξία σύμβασης 672.000 ευρώ. Σκοπός είναι η συλλογή δεδομένων για την εφαρμογή του Κανονισμού (ΕΕ) 2024/1991 για την Αποκατάσταση της Φύσης, ακολουθώντας τη μεθοδολογία του Κατ’ Εξουσιοδότηση Κανονισμού (ΕΕ) 2025/2188, με τη θέσπιση επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένης μεθόδου για την παρακολούθηση της ποικιλότητας και των πληθυσμών εντόμων επικονιαστών εντός της πρώτης περιόδου αξιολόγησης. Η ανάθεση θα γίνει βάσει της βέλτιστης σχέσης τιμής-ποιότητας.

      Vejdirektoratet har brug for botanisk og zoologisk fagspecialiseret rådgivning i forbindelse med projekter og opgaver med biodiversitet, registreringsopgaver, feltkortlægning, plejeplaner samt udarbejdelse af rapporter og digitale data (f.eks. GIS) i Københavns omegn. Der er tale om en rammeaftale med en varighed på 5 år og en maksimal totalværdi på 10 millioner DKK. Rambøll Danmark A/S, HabitatVision A/S, Myos consult, MoorAdvice ApS og Mols Consulting har lignende kontrakter i dag. Som kvalifikationskrav skal ansøger dokumentere erfaring inden for de seneste 3 år med gennemførelse af mindst ét af følgende specialer: botanisk feltkortlægning, zoologisk feltkortlægning (f.eks. af krybdyr, padder, insekter eller pattedyr) eller biodiversitetsfremmende naturpleje af naturtyper eller arter. Dokumentation skal ske via maksimalt 5 referencer, der beskriver projektnavn, kontraktform, ordregiver, kontraktsum, udførelsesperiode og projektbeskrivelse.
