    De Europese Commissie, DG SANTE - Gezondheid en Voedselveiligheid, gevestigd in België, heeft behoefte aan diensten voor capaciteitsopbouw van veterinaire en plantgezondheidsdiensten op de Westelijke Balkan. Het project heeft een maximale totale contractwaarde van 4.250.000 EUR en een looptijd van 3 jaar. Het doel is om de effectiviteit van de autoriteiten op de Westelijke Balkan te verbeteren bij het opsporen, bestrijden en beperken van uitbraken van dierziekten en plantenplagen, in overeenstemming met de EU-normen. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (70%) en prijs (30%).

    • The project modality is Direct management through Procurement and a call for tender is needed. The procurement, through two separate contracts, will contribute to improve effectiveness of the Western Balkan authorities in detecting, fighting and limiting the size of an outbreak of animal disease in line with EU standards, and improve the effectiveness of the Western Balkans in detecting, fighting and limiting the size of an outbreak of plant pests in line with EU standards.
