    Tibi - Société coopérative - Intercommunale - Entreprise publique de Gestion intégrée des Déchets a annulé l'accord-cadre de fournitures (accompagnées de services connexes) ayant pour objet, d'une part, l'acquisition de terminaux mobiles (et accessoires connexes) et de lecteurs de carte eID et, d'autre part, la mise en place d'une solution de gestion desdits terminaux (MDM), car toutes les offres, demandes de participation ou projets ont été retirés ou jugés irrecevables. Le contrat devait durer 4 ans et la livraison devait avoir lieu dans l'Arr. Charleroi. Quatre offres avaient été reçues.
