    Teagasc - the Agriculture and Food Development Authority has entered into an agreement with Sintel Business Solutions LTD for the provision of a digital forms application to replace Microsoft InfoPath and develop an SML form in Ireland. The services will be delivered over 9 years, with a total value of 248,000 EUR. The project aims to procure, implement, and support a replacement form design application to succeed Microsoft InfoPath, which will be retired on July 14, 2026. Eight bids were received for this contract.

    About the bid

      CFT for the provision of a digital forms application to replace Microsoft InfoPath and develop an SML form. The purpose of this project is to procure, implement and support a replacement form design application to succeed Microsoft InfoPath which will be retired on 14 July 2026. Starters, Movers, Leavers (SML) Form Services will be developed based on our current .NET solution. Please note there is a MANDATORY tenderer's briefing as part of this tender which must be registered for by Friday 20th March 2026 14:00hrs
