    The Department of Agriculture Food and the Marine needs a Civil/Structural Engineering Led Single Point Design Team for the delivery of an Engineering Workshop and new accommodation for the Marine Institute and Port of Waterford at Dunmore East Fishery Harbour Centre (FHC), Co Waterford, over 36 months, with a maximum total value of 280,000 EUR. The Civil/Structural Engineering Consultant will act as the Design Team Leader and must be experienced in the design and delivery of commercial buildings and public spaces. The Design Team will also include an Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Building Services (M&E) Engineering Consultant, and an Information Manager/BIM Consultant.

      The Marine Engineering Division (MED) within the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) wishes to appoint a Single Point Design Team for the delivery of an Engineering Workshop and new accommodation for Marine Institute (MI) and Port of Waterford (POW) at Dunmore East Fishery Harbour Centre (FHC), Co Waterford. The Civil/Structural Engineering Consultant will be the Design Team Leader on project and shall be experienced in the design and delivery of commercial buildings and the design of public spaces. The Design Team will consist of a Civil/Structural Engineering Consultant (Design Team Leader), Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Building Services (M and E) Engineering Consultant and an Information Manager/BIM Consultant.
