      Le Service européen pour l'action extérieure (SEAE) a besoin de services de sécurité pour la Délégation de l'Union Européenne et le bureau d’ECHO au Niger, pour une durée de 6 ans, avec une valeur maximale totale de 4,96 millions d'euros.
