    The University of Helsinki has awarded Landing Aquaculture a contract to supply climate-controlled, header-tank-fed aquaculture systems in Helsinki-Uusimaa for seaweed and invertebrate research. The equipment comprises a 24-tank array with 140-litre tanks and a four-tank array with 450-litre tanks, including life-support and water-quality controls and programmable multi-channel LED lighting. The contract runs for six months and is valued at €216,000; award criteria included after-sales service and technical support, technical functionality and performance, and the system’s scale, control architecture and suitability for purpose.
