Framework Agreement for Property Management Services and the Award of Three Initial Contracts for the Provision of Property Management Services in Leinster, Munster and Connacht/Ulster

The National Transport Authority_1149 needs property management services for a framework agreement over 8 years, with a maximum total value of 26,302,086 EUR. The framework will consist of the top 4 bidders, with jobs valued at €25,000 or under automatically going to the number 1 ranked bidder, and work exceeding this value being priced competitively among the 4 bidders. The services are to be delivered in Dublin, including the National Children’s Hospital Ireland, CHI at Crumlin, CHI at Temple Street, CHI at Connolly, and CHI at Tallaght.
