    Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulu Oy tarvitsee teollisuusrobottipalletointijärjestelmän, joka koostuu yhteistyörobotista (cobot), integroidusta teleskooppinostoyksiköstä ja teollisuuskuljettimesta. Järjestelmän tulee olla suunniteltu tavaroiden automaattiseen lavaukseen eurolavoille ja sisältää kaikki tarvittavat mekaaniset, sähköiset ja ohjauskomponentit turvalliseen ja luotettavaan käyttöön. Ratkaisun tulee tukea lavoitustoimintoja maanpinnasta vähintään 1,7 metrin korkeuteen. Hankinnan enimmäisarvo on 100 000 euroa, ja se toimitetaan Kanta-Hämeeseen. Tarjoukset arvioidaan kokonaishinnan perusteella.

    About the bid

      Häme University of Applied Sciences is asking for quotes for a a complete palletizing system consisting of an industrial collaborative robot (cobot), an integrated telescopic lift unit and an industrial conveyor. The system shall be designed for automated palletizing of goods onto Euro pallets and shall include all necessary mechanical, electrical, and control components required for safe and reliable operation. The solution shall support palletizing operations from ground level up to a minimum height of 1.7 meters. Complete description of the procurement and minimum technical and other requirements can be found in Annex 1 Procurement description.Main features of the procedureIn the tendering process, the open procedure defined in the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016) is applied.
