    Award Criteria

    • Description

      Within the evaluation criterion “Total Tender Price in CZK”, the Contracting Authority shall assess the total tender price in CZK stated by the tenderer in the cover sheet (Annex No. 6 to the Tender Documentation) and in the draft contract (Annex No. 4 to the Tender Documentation). These prices must be identical. If the prices differ, the tenderer shall be excluded due to ambiguity of the tender. The project is exempt from VAT; therefore, prices excluding VAT shall be used for evaluation.

      This evaluation criterion assesses the delivery period for all required agricultural machinery, including commissioning, as stated by the tenderer in its tender t (Annex No. 4 to the Tender Documentation). The delivery period shall be calculated from the effective date of the contract to the date of signing the handover protocol.

      Evaluation Method

      The supplier shall state the delivery time in calendar days from the effective date of the contract to the signing of the handover protocol.

      • Minimum acceptable delivery time: 30 days
      • Maximum acceptable delivery time: 75 days
      • A tender with a delivery time exceeding 75 days shall be excluded

      This evaluation criterion assesses the length of the warranty period provided by the supplier for all delivered agricultural machinery, as specified by the tenderer in the draft contract (Annex No. 4 to the Tender Documentation).

      Evaluation Method

      The supplier shall state the warranty period in months.

      • Minimum acceptable warranty: 12 months
      • Maximum evaluated warranty: 48 months
      • A warranty longer than 48 months shall be considered as 48 months for evaluation purposes
      • A tender offering a warranty period of less than 12 months shall be excluded
