Services Promotion Initiatives heeft een gezamenlijke concessie uitgeschreven voor de installatie, het onderhoud en de exploitatie van een snellaadinfrastructuur voor elektrische voertuigen op het grondgebied van de stad Luik, België. De concessie heeft een looptijd van 20 jaar en omvat de bouw en inrichting van snellaadstations, inclusief toegang vanaf de openbare weg, en de volledige exploitatie ervan (beheer, onderhoud, klantenservice, betalingen). De concessiehouder dient een vaste en variabele vergoeding te betalen aan de concessiegever. De stations moeten voorzien zijn van een wachtruimte of klein gebouw voor klanten, met de mogelijkheid voor aanvullende diensten zoals sanitaire voorzieningen en voedselautomaten.

Dans ce cadre, l'IGIL et la Ville de Liège proposent la présente concession à des opérateurs privés pour : - la construction et l’aménagement par le Concessionnaire à ses frais de stations de recharge électrique rapide, en ce compris les accès depuis la voirie - l’exploitation complète : gestion, maintenance, services client, paiement, etc... - la rétribution par le Concessionnaire au Pouvoir Concédant de redevances (partie fixe + variable selon le chiffre d'affaires) Les stations doivent être équipées d’une aubette ou d’un petit bâtiment d’attente pour les clients venus recharger leurs véhicules et pour offrir des services supplémentaires et/ou inexistants (exemple : sanitaires, distributeurs alimentaires, etc…).
