La Ville de Creil a modifié le contrat pour la construction d'une école relais en bâtiments modulaires, suite à une consultation précédente déclarée sans suite. Les travaux consistent en la construction de trois bâtiments préfabriqués en bois (maternelle et élémentaire avec restauration scolaire) dans le cadre du projet de renouvellement urbain du quartier des Hauts de Creil. Le contrat, d'une durée de 13 mois, a été attribué à TK ELEVATOR (THYSSEN), RAMERY ENVELOPPE, MARISOL, BEAUVAISIS DECOR, GED NORD PICARDIE ELECTRICITE, 3C PICARDIE, MODERN CONSTRUCTION BATIMENT, GOUDALLE CHARPENTE, AM3D, SARL BATI FRANCE, TH COULEUR, BRIGAUD et RAMERY TP, pour une valeur finale de 6 201 857 €.

Construction d'une école relai en bâtiments modulaires sur la Ville de Creil. La présente procédure fait suite à une précédente consultation déclarée sans suite (dénommée 2023-011). Les travaux consistent en la construction d'un établissement composé de trois bâtiments suivant un procédé de construction préfabriquée bois (maternelle et élémentaire avec restauration scolaire). Il s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet de renouvellement urbain (NPNRU) du quartier des Hauts de Creil. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
