Statsbygg trenger en totalentreprise for Prosjekt 1017011 Nytt Oslo fengsel Grønland, som innebærer bygging av et nytt høysikkerhetsfengsel med plass til 144 innsatte på dagens tomt i Oslo. Prosjektet omfatter rivning av eksisterende bygningsmasse på 21 000 m2 BTA, oppføring av fire nye bygg med ulike funksjoner og størrelser, samt gjenbruk av tre eksisterende bygg. Entreprenøren skal også levere opsjoner på blant annet serviceavtaler.

BC01 needs construction works for the upgrade of the Markova Noga Police Station, located in the village of Dolno Dupeni, adjacent to the Greek border, over 20 months. The project involves the reconstruction and upgrade of the existing Border Police facility, including retaining and renovating parts of the existing structure, demolishing the central section to create a new entrance hall, stairway, and access points, installing a new roof, upgrading structural elements, and creating a covered courtyard. The interior will be reconfigured to support operational needs, with new administrative offices, staff facilities, restrooms, and a communal space on the upper floor. A covered walkway will connect the building to the nearby Border Crossing complex, and parking provisions will be included.

The project involves the reconstruction and upgrade of the existing Border Police facility, including retaining and renovating two existing modules, demolishing a central section to create a new entrance hall, stairway, and access points, installing a new roof, upgrading structural elements, and creating a covered courtyard. The interior will be reconfigured to support operational needs, with offices, storage, reception, and duty areas, and a new upper floor for administrative offices, staff facilities, restrooms, and a communal space. A covered walkway will connect the building to the nearby Border Crossing complex. The works will be implemented following the PRAG Conditions of Contract.

La Subdirección General de Planificación y Gestión Económica está planificando la adquisición de servicios de mantenimiento integral con seguridad para los Centros Penitenciarios de Daroca (Zaragoza), Teruel, UAR Hospital General Obispo Polanco y Salas de consultas, con un valor máximo total estimado de 1.781.293,16 EUR y una duración de 2 años. Los proveedores interesados pueden participar en la fase de planificación proporcionando información sobre su cifra anual de negocio.

La CONSEJERÍA DE JUSTICIA, ADMINISTRACIÓN LOCAL Y FUNCIÓN PÚBLICA está planificando la adquisición de un servicio integral para la guarda, reeducación e inserción de menores infractores en centros de internamiento, con una duración de 4 años y un valor máximo estimado de 240 millones de euros. Este servicio se prestará en las instalaciones de la Junta de Andalucía.
