    Dublin Port Company_411 has entered into an agreement with John Sisk and Son (Holdings) Ltd for building works at the Port Centre in Ireland, with a duration of 3 years and a total value of 36,291,390 EUR. The works include fire certificate and associated works, DAC and associated works, new alterations to the ground floor, reception, and mezzanine, essential repair works to the fifth floor to improve insulation and resolve water ingress issues, upgrading the fifth floor by removing and raising the existing roof, replacing the external façade with a new louvred façade allowing the floor plate to extend out to the perimeter, upgrading building fabric and services to meet 2050 energy targets, alterations to the lower ground floor to include new shared facilities, a larger meeting room, changing facilities, etc., office internal fit-out, and new partitions and ceilings to be upgraded. MEP works include updating the fire alarm, installing a fire fighting lift, installing a smoke extract system, updating the fire fighting services generator, updating services local to the core (ventilation, water, lighting), upgrading M and E services to each floor plate to suit the new building envelope façade design, upgrading to M and E central plant (i.e. central heat pump etc.), upgrading sub-metering to tenant zones, and provision of a PV array to assure compliance with CAP 2030-2050, as well as external works.
