      Dans le cadre du développement ou de la réhabilitation de ses réseaux, RTE doit veiller, avant toute construction ou modification, au bon dimensionnement électrique, thermique, mécanique et géométrique de ses ouvrages dans le cadre de ses missions de gestionnaire de réseaux. RTE doit également s’assurer de la viabilité administrative, du respect des contraintes environnementales ainsi que de la pérennité de son patrimoine et de la fiabilité de la documentation associée. Pour le segment "Parafoudres", RTE souhaite maintenir une politique de relations contractuelles avec des opérateurs économiques qui lui permette, dans la durée, de disposer en permanence d’intervenants d’un haut niveau technique, capables de réagir dans toutes les circonstances dans des conditions économiques satisfaisantes. Dans le cadre du renouvellement du Marché "Parafoudres", il a été décidé de procéder à une mise à jour du Système de Qualification en vigueur jusqu’à présent. Ce document annule le précédent (PRO ACHAT DA 14 01159).
