La Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Siero necesita un servicio de comedor escolar y vigilancia del alumnado en los centros públicos del concejo, mediante catering en línea caliente, durante 2 años, con un valor máximo total de 2.714.456 euros. El servicio comprende la preparación y suministro de comidas, la atención de dietas especiales y la supervisión del alumnado, junto con planes de menús y nutrición, educación alimentaria, formación del personal, abastecimiento sostenible y de temporada, y medidas ambientales para reducir el desperdicio. La adjudicación pondera el precio unitario por comensal y día (25 puntos), el proyecto nutricional y plan de menús (20), el aprovisionamiento sostenible y de temporada (15), la educación alimentaria (10), la ratio de monitores por alumnado y la gestión de dietas especiales (8 puntos cada uno), y los planes de formación y medioambiental (7 puntos cada uno). Se solicita documentar la cifra anual de negocio y trabajos realizados como referencias de servicios similares.
