El GOBIERNO DE NAVARRA- Servicio de Reto Demográfico y Vertebración Territorial está planificando la contratación de servicios para la gestión integral del Palacio de Arce y su entorno, con el objetivo de dinamizar social, educativa y ambientalmente el área, atender a los visitantes, gestionar actividades, y realizar la limpieza y mantenimiento de los espacios. El valor máximo estimado del contrato es de 1.083.719 EUR.

Gestión integral del Palacio de Arce y su entorno (Palacio de Arce, Casa del Ermitaño, zona recreativa, playas del embalse de cola en temporadas de baño, zonas exteriores y Zandueta), cuyo objeto es la dinamización social, educativa y ambiental, la atención al visitante, la gestión de actividades, la limpieza y mantenimiento de los espacios interiores y exteriores, así como la gestión de las zonas recreativas y de baño asociadas con el objetivo general de reactivar el Palacio de Arce como motor turístico, cultural y social del Valle, aumentando progresivamente el número de visitantes y generando impacto positivo en el desarrollo local.
