daa plc is planning the procurement of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) services to support new construction and major refurbishment projects at Dublin and Cork Airports. The purpose is to provide access to competent PSDP providers who can fulfil statutory duties under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, while assisting daa in achieving best practice in design risk management, regulatory compliance, and project governance.

Building and Associated Works

The daa, wishes to put in place a Qualification System with suitably qualified Building Contractors to act on behalf of daa in carrying out building works at Cork and Dublin Airports, as described in the attached documents. In order to encourage maximum competition the daa is bracketing works as per the list below. Applicants should be aware that they can apply for one or more brackets of works subject to providing the relevant information and meeting the minimum criteria specified in the attached documents. 1. The Contracting Authority, wishes to put in place Framework Agreements with suitably qualified Consultants to act on behalf of the Contracting Authority in carrying out design services associated with building works at Cork and Dublin Airports, as described in the attached RFI documents, and other associated works as required by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority wishes to put in place the following Framework Agreements: Lot 1: Minor Building Design Services (AFC up to €10m). Lot 2: Major Building Design Services (AFC over €10m).

DCC Single Party Framework Agreement for the Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Removal and Storage of Artistic Lighting Illuminations and Associated Equipment

Dublin City Council needs services for the supply, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of artistic lighting illuminations and associated equipment for the Dublin Winter Lights Festival, with a maximum total value of 35,000,000 EUR over a 6-year framework agreement. The services will be delivered in Dublin and involve digital art, lighting design, and public performance to illuminate cultural landmarks, with a focus on innovative and unexpected sites, including potential indoor experiences from 2027. The framework agreement is justified by the specialist nature of the services and the significant investment required by the successful supplier in artistic lighting infrastructure, projection equipment, storage facilities, specialist personnel, festival development, and stakeholder relationships. Eventco Management Ltd T/A Eventco has a similar contract today.
