    The object relates to construction of district heating pipelines. The pipelines will be used for supplying district heating water from heat recovery plants to the DH-distribution networks closer to the city center. The agreement for construction of the DH pipelines covers all procurement, installation and commission-ing of the pipelines, including finalizing tasks.
